Are you looking for a way to find mindfulness and peace? So am I! It's a journey that changes every day, and yoga can be an invaluable part of that journey. I am passionate about sharing the healing power and transformative wisdom of yoga with others. I love spreading positive energy and helping others find their center through yoga. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I would love to work with you. I offer in-person and online classes, individual and group lessons, and a supportive, inclusive, nonjudgmental presence no matter where you are at on your journey.
